I recently purchased a 2007 Escalade from Liz at Chapman Motor Co. It was a super easy process, until two weeks later I was headed to breakfast and the front end started making a horrible noise. Went through the process.. They even called around to insurance companies since ours was closed. We left the same day with our Acura.
